Will Sessions presents "Elmatic Instrumentals"

Will Sessions посегнаха на един от най- святите инструментали в рап-а, а именно Represent на Nas. Много от вас, както и аз самия, биха казали ... „този инструментал просто не трябва да се пипа ... its just too epic”, но от Will Sessions ни показаха че сме грешили. Пък и когато живата легенда DJ Premier се изкаже така за нещо ...то не бързайте да го съдите преди да сте го чули два пъти ;)

Elgato EyeTV Netstream Sat brings satellite TV streaming to your iPad

Folks on this side of the pond will unfortunately miss out on this one, but our friends in the UK will soon be able to get their hands on Elgato's new EyeTV Netstream Sat box and make everyone else a bit envious. It will not only let you stream Freesat satellite TV to any computer on your home network, but straight to your iPad as well with Elgato's EyeTV app (though not your iPhone or iPod touch, it seems). That sort of streaming has been possible before but, as Pocket-lint notes, you previously had to keep your computer on to stream satellite video to your iOS device. Look for the device to start shipping on November 22nd for £189.95 (or about $300), while the EyeTV app will set you back an extra £2.99.

Do it like they do it on Discovery Channel...in French

Even though I consider the German as the most expressive language for swearing (and for sharing you emotions, in general), this is a very cool guide that opens all the doors to the French swearing domain.

Forrester: e-book sales to hit nearly $1 billion this year, $3 billion by 2015

There's no denying that e-books are already big business, and market research firm Forrester is now offering some pretty impressive numbers that show just how big it already is, and how much bigger it will get in the next few years. The firm surveyed some 4,000 people and found that while just seven percent of those actually read e-books, they still bought enough of them to translate to $966 million in sales this year -- a number that's projected to grow to $3 billion by 2015. As for the reading habits of that seven percent, Forrester found that they "read the most books and spend the most money on books," and that they read 41 percent of their books in digital form. That doesn't necessarily mean that they use actual e-readers, though -- a full 35 percent apparently do most of their e-book reading on a laptop, followed by 32 percent on a Kindle, 15 percent on an iPhone, 12 percent on a Sony e-reader, and ten percent on a netbook. Interestingly, but perhaps unsurprisingly, Kindle users seem to be the biggest boosters of e-books -- they do 66 percent of all their reading in digital form.

Windows Mobile 6.5!!!

I know, today is totally Android 2.0's day to shine , but what would a Friday night be without a little diversity?Windows Mobile 6.5 officially landed on a gaggle of Windows Phones back in early October (a month ago to the day, in fact), but by and large, all of 'em have seemingly drifted off into some forgotten corner while Motorola's DROID has taken over the hype. Still, we've got a feeling at least a few of you loyalists went out and gave Sir Ballmer a few more of your nickles, and now we're eager to hear if you're loving or regretting that choice. Is 6.5 really a worthy update over 6.1? Are you waiting for WinMo 7 instead? What would you change about 6.5 in order to make 7 the best mobile OS of all time? Sound off in comments below!
